By using Voice Estimate, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What the app does
Voice Estimate converts recordings into estimate drafts and suggests material quantities. You must review scope, measurements, prices, taxes, terms, and totals before delivering an estimate. The app does not provide professional, legal, tax, or engineering advice.
Your responsibility
- You set every price and are responsible for its accuracy.
- Calculated quantities are planning aids and must be verified on site.
- Deposit terms describe acceptance; they do not record money received.
- You are responsible for permits, codes, taxes, and trade requirements.
Plans and subscriptions
Free includes three estimates per month with watermarked PDFs and the standard template. Professional Monthly is $7.99 and Professional Annual is $59.99, with unlimited estimates, no watermark, custom branding, and premium templates. Apple bills and manages renewals. Cancel through iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Regional pricing may vary.
Availability
You can record offline, but transcription requires an internet connection. The service is provided “as is” and may experience interruptions.
Ownership and content
You retain rights to your business data and estimates. You grant us a limited permission to process content as needed to provide the service. Voice Estimate, its design, and software belong to Slend Software FZE-LLC.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, inaccurate estimates, or decisions made using the app. Our total liability will not exceed what you paid for the service during the prior 12 months.
