Summary
Voice Estimate is designed to work without an account. Estimates, clients, and settings are stored locally on your device. We do not sell your data, serve advertising, or track you across apps.
Information we process
Audio and job details
When you process a recording, the audio and spoken job details are sent over an encrypted connection to our Cloudflare services for transcription and structured extraction. Audio is used to answer your request and is not stored on our servers after processing.
Device identifier and usage
We use Apple DeviceCheck to verify genuine installations, prevent abuse, and enforce the free limit of three estimates per month. We store a pseudonymous device identifier, the monthly count, and subscription status. These are not connected to a personal account.
Local data
Estimates, line items, clients, preferences, and generated PDFs remain on your device unless you choose to export or share them.
Purchases
Apple processes subscriptions through the App Store and StoreKit. We receive transaction identifiers and subscription status needed to unlock features. We do not receive payment-card details.
Service providers
Cloudflare processes audio requests and hosts this website. Apple distributes the app and processes purchases. Their policies also apply: Cloudflare Privacy Policy and Apple Privacy Policy.
Website analytics
We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregated, cookie-free measurements such as pages visited, approximate country, and device type. The website does not receive your recordings or estimate data.
Your choices
You can edit or delete data in the app and remove the app to delete its local data. Copies in iCloud or device backups depend on your Apple settings.
