How many estimates are included in Free?
Free includes three created estimates per month. You can record freely; the limit applies when you turn a recording into an estimate. The count resets each month.
Can I work offline?
Yes. You can record and keep the job while offline. Transcription and estimate generation complete after your internet connection returns.
Which trades are supported?
The first release includes paint, fence, tile, and roof workflows. You can also create a general estimate with scope and line items when no dedicated calculator applies.
How do measurements work?
Say dimensions and units clearly: “12 by 14 feet,” “150 linear feet,” or “2,000 square feet.” The app extracts literal numbers and the server calculates areas and quantities. Always review assumptions, waste, and materials before pricing.
Does the app decide my prices?
No. Trade calculators suggest materials and quantities, never prices. Prices come from a rate or lump sum you speak, or from your manual entry.
How do I manage my subscription?
Open iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. You can change or cancel there. To recover a purchase, choose Restore Purchases inside Voice Estimate.
Where is my data?
Estimates and clients are stored locally on your iPhone. Audio is sent over an encrypted connection for processing and is not retained on our servers after processing.
